Delivery Time

Delivery normally takes 2-3 days in India. In some areas, it can take up to 6-7 days.

Return/Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only on items that have manufacturing defects and misplaced orders. This exchange can be claimed within 7 days of receiving the order. 

All items that you wish to exchange must be in the original condition and should be unused with all the original tags as well as the packaging intact (like- If you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box). Refunds are not available. When you return products with manufacturing defects, a brand new product can be replaced upon return of the product. 

This can take up to 7 days. 

Products from stock clearance, hefty sale or last chance sale will not be accepted for exchange or return. These sales will come with a notice and will be different from the rest of the products section for you to know.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 2-3 business days?

Sometimes, we encounter issues such as system error, lack of availability of product, manpower gets affected due various issues such as health, in case of Saturday or other holidays, we might not be able to deliver within 2-3 days. However, shipping in these conditions will be fulfilled within 6-7 days of placing the order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time within India is 2-3 business days usually. However, incase of above mentioned issues, it can take up to 6-7 days.   

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, etc) on items sold by Sellers on Goldstar?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Goldstar. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Delivery policy.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up? 

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through logistics, you can return the item to your assigned nearest showroom.

Does Goldstar deliver internationally?

As of now, Goldstar doesn’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards and UPI.

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.

This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
